February 5 was the 100th Day of School this year. Mrs. Schuur’s Kindergarten class celebrated their 100th Day by participating in several fun activities. One student came to school ready to go with 100 wiggily eyeballs on his shirt. Many of the students brought in their own personal collections of 100 items to count. Our Kindergarten kids learned that making groups of 10 is the fastest way to count to 100. Students made 100 Day necklaces and hats to wear. Then they wrote their numbers to 100 on a 100’s Chart.
It’s amazing how much children can learn in just 100 days of Kindergarten! Mrs. Schuur’s students are definitely 100 Days SMARTER!!!
