We’re excited to announce a new logo, look and website to better capture our identity and communicate what’s happening at Covenant Christian School. At the heart of Covenant is a vision of excellence, grounded in Christ that educates the whole child. Our new logo—featuring a four-point star— was designed to capture this identity. In its similarity to a compass, it suggests the direction that a rich education gives a student. As a star, it connotes not only excellence but reminds us of the star that led three wise men through their study of night sky to Jesus. And, its shape echoes one of the most ancient crosses—the Greek cross, which has long represented the good news of God’s redemption going to the four-corners of the world. Our new logo, this star-cross reminds us that Christ is the foundation for all that we do and the direction that we follow.
Along with the new logo, we’re launching a new website — CovenantChristian.School — offering deeper and richer information on the school’s beliefs and program offerings, as well as a platform for better communication between the school and Covenant families. We now have space for a news and events feed, an interactive school calendar, profile pages that will help you get to know the teachers and board members, and a page on the school’s fundraising needs. In our next phase of web development, we’ll be adding information and a platform for accessing key forms, communicating between parents and the administration, and generally strengthening the organizational efficiency of the school. Take a few minutes to explore the new site…and check back as more will be added in the coming months!
We have also started using a new general email address for the school office, which all communications from the school will be sent from. Please add “Info@CovenantChristian.School” to your email safe lists.
These initiatives come from our new School Board who are energized to see Covenant Christian School reach its full potential.
