Last week, Maestra Riviera’s Pre-K class learned all about transportation. We taught the preschoolers about different varieties of transportation that people use. We played a game in circle time asking the children which transportation is in air, land and water. For our learning centers we had the children glue together a cut-out train, paint a boat and color a hot air balloon.

On Friday we asked the parents to bring their children’s bicycles to have a fun ride day at our school. The bikes were decorated them with crepe paper and the children enjoyed choosing the colors and taping them on their bikes. Before heading out we spoke about obeying the traffic light signal we had outside. The children were super happy to ride on their decorated bicycles, it was a great way to end a week of preschool!
